Meet Courtney
It's hard to find Courtney without a smile on her face and her dog Bailey by her side. Able to describe herself as "at home" anywhere in the world, she is equally comfortable working in-office or 100% remotely.
Courtney thrives in a purposeful workplace with clear priorities and honest communication between colleagues. She gains a lot of energy from working with others and enjoys the creativity of group projects. Her calm, empathetic and motivational leadership style is a major asset when managing projects. When she's not hard at work, you'll find her outside kayaking, hiking, or napping lakeside in a hammock. She was born with a passion for exploration and leaps at every opportunity to learn about new places, foods, experiences and people. Courtney's career in international sustainability offers the ideal fusion of hands-on impact, evolving knowledge of global systems, and projects that support her personal hopes for our planet's future. Courtney's favorite things include: swimming, Calvin & Hobbes comics, dark roast coffee, Scott's Cheap Flights emails in her inbox, spending time with her family and friends, and looking for shark teeth on the beach. |
It was great having you as a student in the class. Your energy, critical thinking in your questions and comments and positive outlook contributed to a better learning environment for all."
